Before I picked up a camera, I spent eight years in food operations. Kitchens, audits, delivery at scale. You learn fast that great work on a good day means nothing if it falls apart on a busy one.
So when I started Band Baaja Capture in 2017, I built it the same way. Shooting, backup, editing and delivery are separate teams here, each with its own checklist. The person editing your film isn’t also answering calls from three other brides.
